You can ask us to delete your RISC account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what gets deleted, and what we are required to keep.
Email devsquare900@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +92 311 7097947 with:
We reply to confirm the request came from you. Because your phone number is your login, we verify by sending a confirmation to that same number before anything is deleted. No other proof is needed.
Any upcoming booking is cancelled when your account is deleted. If you have paid an advance on a booking that has not been played yet, contact us first so a refund can be settled — a deleted account cannot be recovered.

Pakistani tax and accounting law requires a business to keep a record of the money it took. So we keep the booking and payment records themselves — the date, the slot, the amount, and the receipt reference.
These records are anonymised: your name, phone number and any other detail that identifies you is stripped out, so what remains is an accounting entry that cannot be traced back to you. They are held for the retention period required by law and then deleted.
